At Gulail, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless — from the moment you place your order to the moment it reaches your doorstep. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping, returns, and exchanges.


Returns & Refunds – 14 Days Policy

We offer a 14-day return and refund policy for all our customers. While we hope you love your purchase, if you need to return it, we’re here to help.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in original Gulail packaging.

  • This policy does not apply to gift e-cards.

  • Custom-made shoes (with personalized details) cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Pakistan Orders:

    • First return: Free return shipping.

    • Multiple returns: shipping cost borne by the customer.

    • Discounted articles: customer bears return shipping cost.

    • Standard returns: shipping charges within Pakistan are borne by the customer.

  • International Orders:

    • Exchanges/returns are generally not available.

    • If a return is approved, all shipment costs will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Process

Within Pakistan:

  1. Contact us via email for your exchange request.

  2. Once approved, send the product back to us.

  3. After inspection, we’ll dispatch your new pair.

  4. You’ll receive a tracking ID for your convenience.

Outside Pakistan:
Ship your return to:

Once we receive and confirm the product, your exchange will be shipped, and tracking details will be shared.


Shipping Timelines

Within Pakistan:

  • Big cities: 3-5 Business days
  • Rural Areas: 4-7 business days

International:

  • Standard delivery: Up to 15 business days (varies by customs clearance).
