Returns & Refunds – 14 Days Policy
We offer a 14-day return and refund policy for all our customers. While we hope you love your purchase, if you need to return it, we’re here to help.
Return Conditions:

Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in original Gulail packaging.

This policy does not apply to gift e-cards.

Custom-made shoes (with personalized details) cannot be exchanged or returned.
Shipping Costs for Returns:

Pakistan Orders:

First return: Free return shipping.

Multiple returns: shipping cost borne by the customer.

Discounted articles: customer bears return shipping cost.

Standard returns: shipping charges within Pakistan are borne by the customer.

Exchanges/returns are generally not available.

If a return is approved, all shipment costs will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Process
Within Pakistan:

Contact us via email for your exchange request.

Once approved, send the product back to us.

After inspection, we’ll dispatch your new pair.

You’ll receive a tracking ID for your convenience.
Outside Pakistan:
